BlueCard Provider Finder The BlueCard Provider Finder is for people who have Blue Cross, Blue Shield, or Blue Cross Blue Shield (and have the national BlueCard program as a benefit in their plan), and are traveling outside their home area and need medical services, and want to be referred to a provider in the area where they temporarily are.

Blue Cross CA Hmo or PPO  Note: For either the HMO or PPO click on this link, then when you get to the Blue Cross page click on "Provider Finder" which is found at the left near the bottom. This will get you to the the frame you need!

Community Care Network (CCN)  Note: At the bottom of the frame you come to, click on "continue". When the next frame pops up, you will see where it says "Select a Network". The default selection that it should already have is "Group Health". That is what you want (even if you are considering an individual plan). Then click on "Click here for the CCN Direct Network" and you will get to the frame you need. When you get to that frame and fill in the information you want, you'll have to scroll down to find the search button.
